General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd449 platform and all its associated services ("Services"). By visiting the bd449 website, creating an account, or using any gaming service, you are considered to have fully accepted all of the terms below.

Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited. 2.2 Account Security

Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

bd449 services are available to individuals aged 21 and above only. If a false age is declared at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

• At any time, bd449 may request a copy of an identity document, national ID card, or passport.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until identity verification is completed.
• Submitted documents are stored using secure encrypted methods and used solely for verification purposes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bd449 supports popular mobile banking and digital payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

4.3 Important Transaction Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the account.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If any transaction appears suspicious, bd449 reserves the right to place it on hold until it has been verified.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bd449 provides various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 20 times before making a withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the required wagering has been completed.
• bd449 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings may be forfeited.

Gaming Rules

All games available at bd449 — slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and others — are operated in accordance with specific rules.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games are controlled by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no bias in game outcomes, and every spin or round is completely independent.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet or round is left incomplete due to a disconnection or technical error during gameplay, bd449 will review the server logs to make a decision. In all disputes, bd449's decision is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting markets and odds may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the settlement of the relevant bet will follow bd449's standard policy.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd449. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating an account using a false identity or age.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual or entity.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abuse").
• Using automated software, bots, or any hacking methods.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

bd449 makes every effort to keep its platform running without interruption and free of errors. However, bd449 will not bear responsibility in the following circumstances:

• Service disruption due to internet disconnection or ISP-related issues.
• Technical errors from third-party game providers.
• Issues related to the user's own device or software.
• Service suspension due to an unexpected natural disaster or force majeure event.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own gaming decisions.

bd449 reserves the right to limit its maximum liability in any case to the value of the transaction in question.

10.1 Account Closure by bd449

bd449 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• A Self-Exclusion request by the user.

The right to recover legitimate funds after account closure is preserved; however, funds may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.
